Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at Clackmannanshire’s Whisky Festival.

The next festival will take place at Alloa Town Hall on Friday 31 March and Saturday 1st April 2023. With a unique three-pronged approach focussing on Whisky, Heritage, and Wellbeing, the annual festival not only showcases Scotland’s best drams, but celebrates the long and esteemed history of whisky production in the Clackmannanshire area and provides a platform too enabling us to promote our wellbeing charity partner and the vital work they do.

Festival Schedule 

The festival takes place over two days and is made up of three sessions. Each main session is 3-hours long with a 1-hour long preview hour in advance.

The stand set-up period is from 12pm/midday on Friday 31 March with vehicle unloading access available until 4pm, after which time vehicles must be moved to the adjacent car park. Parking is free. 

A short event briefing session will take place in the main hall at 4.30pm with all exhibitors required to be on stand ready to go from 4.45pm. 

Stand breakdown is from 9pm to 10.30pm on Saturday 1 April. No storage or venue access is available after this time.

  • Night Session (1 of 3)
    Preview session: 5pm – 6pm (limited to 120 attendees)
    Main session: Doors open at 6pm with last pour at 8.45pm

Saturday 1 April 2023

  • Day Session (2 of 3)
    Preview session: 12pm – 1pm (limited to 120 attendees)
    Main session: Doors open 1pm with last pour at 3.45pm
  • Night Session (3 of 3)
    Preview session: 5pm – 6pm (limited to 120 attendees)
    Main session: Doors open at 6pm with last pour at 8.45pm

Masterclasses

With three 30-minute masterclasses per each main session, a total of nine masterclasses will take place over the entirety of the festival.

We are looking for exhibitors who would like to be considered for  take part and to showcase their products to an invested and captive audience of 30-50 attendees, on one, two or three occasions during your festival participation.

Retail Offering

Introducing Robertsons of Pitlochry, our retail partner for Clackmannanshire’s Whisky Festival 2023. Robertsons is a well established and highly regarded whisky wholesale and retail business based in Pitlochry.

Since taking over Robertsons of Pitlochry in 2013, owner Ewan McIlwraith has transformed the Atholl Road shop. It now stocks more than 450 whiskies and no fewer than 150 Scottish small batch gins.

Well known in the industry, and no stranger to festivals, Ewan and his team will be on-hand to answer any retail and stock related queries you may have in the lead up to Clackmannanshire’s Whisky Festival 2023.

The Festival Shop will be open during preview sessions, main festival sessions, and for a 30-minute period after the main sessions conclude, during which time the bar will also remain open. 

Once your booking is confirmed, our events team will notify Robertsons who will discuss stock arrangements with you for the festival.
